The Salvation Army has worked with the Monterey Peninsula Community for over 116 years to help those in need. As we prepare for this holiday season, we turn to you, our faithful and generous community, asking for help in meeting those needs.
Together, we have done remarkable things on the Monterey Peninsula.
Together, we can continue to help our neighbors.
If we all give a little, we can continue to do great things. Please consider joining us once again in helping those in need this holiday season.
Last holiday season 6,250 people were assisted with food and gifts.
- 1,756 food boxes were provide to families
- 7,053 toys were provided to over 1,600 children
- 240 holiday meals were provided to the homeless
- 439 gifts were given to seniors in local rest homes

If you’d simply like to donate food or toys, you can leave it in one of our many barrel locations on the Peninsula or drop it off at our office at 1491 Contra Costa St in Seaside.
