YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1. Picture ID for every adult in the home.
2. ID’s for all children (any of the following): birth certificate, school ID, Medi-Cal or social security card.
3. Income verification for every adult in the household.
4. Rent receipt or rental agreement.
*** Families that apply for Thanksgiving assistance will automatically be registered for Christmas ***
