YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
1. Picture ID for every adult in the home.
2. ID for all children (any of the following): birth certificate, school ID, Medi-Cal or social security card.
3. Income verification for every adult in the household.
4. Rent receipt, rental agreement or PG&E bill.
*Families and individuals that apply for Thanksgiving will receive a turkey OR a gift card and will automatically be registered for Christmas.
**If possible, due to crowds, please do not bring your children.
